The department personnel includes 13 employees, 1 employee is a PhD (Biol.)
- Preparing and replicating the institute’s periodicals, methodical publications and monographs, and their marketing;
- Maintenance of “National Geology” and “Ores and Metals” journal editorial offices;
- Periodicals and non-periodicals placement in the Russian (e-library) and international science information databases (EBSCO, GeoRef);
- Information and news compilation for uploading at the institute’s website, internal portal and message board;
- Promoting and holding exhibitions, conferences, meetings, congresses;
- Poster construction and promotional materials issue;
- Production of branded souvenirs;
- Mandatory book distribution, keeping check copies and original layouts, registration of publishing numbers;
- Binding, stitching and copying.
