PhD (Geology and Mineralogy). Expert in the geology of ore deposits, ore mineralogy, and metallogeny. Author and co-author of over 100 articles published in Russian and foreign scientific journals. Member of the editorial boards of the journals Rudy I Metally (“Ores and Metals”) and Otechestvennaya Geologiya (“National Geology”).

He conducted scientific research at the Integrated Institute of Geology, Geophysics and Mineralogy, SB RAS (1995-2000); obtained an experience in practical geology at FSUE Zapsibgeolsyomka (about 10 years); worked at the Siberian Research Institute of Geology, Geophysics, and Mineral Raw Materials (2009-2016). From 2016 to 2023, he headed the Federal State Budgetary Institution Central Research Institute of Geological Prospecting for Base and Precious Metals (FSBI TsNIGRI)
